I’m Lasse Hægland, a Web Developer, Project Manager and Teacher with a relatively versatile background. After several years in Media: working in radio, television and the theatre, I studied to become a Computer Engineer at Bergen University College in 2002 (and then added a bachelor in the Study of Religions at Bergen University in 2006, mostly for fun).
Beginning in the late 90s, I started working as a full stack Web Developer, using PHP/MySQL, HTML, CSS and JavaScript: first as a freelancer, then from 2008 full time at Maritime Colours.
In 2011 I got “promoted” to Project Manager at (Maritime) Colours, and later moved on to Knowit Experience Bergen.
In August 2017 I started working at Noroff Vocational School as a teacher for Front-end Development. In 2020 I completed PPU-Y (Practical Pedagogical Education) at HVL, and became a certified teacher.
